How it works

Step 1: Place Your Order
Choose your candle options on our website, add your selection to cart, and complete checkout to begin your custom order. Please make sure you select the correct bottle size. If the top of your label exceeds 6 inches from the bottom of your bottle, you must choose a tall standard bottle. If it is under 6 inches, select a standard bottle. The same sizing guideline applies to magnum bottles as well.

Step 2: Send Us Your Bottle
After placing your order, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label by email within 1-2 business days. Please carefully pack your clean, empty wine or champagne bottle using bubble wrap and a sturdy box to ensure it arrives safely. Please do not pack bottles in personal items.

Step 3: We Create Your Candle
Once we receive your bottle, your custom candle will be handcrafted within 5–7 business days. After it is completed, your finished candle will be shipped back to you within 3–7 business days, ready to enjoy or gift. If you have any questions, please reach out to us through our Contact page.

Please read our full disclaimer before placing your custom order. Because each candle is made from a customer-supplied bottle, breakage can happen during the custom process or during shipping. Non-traditional wine bottles and square bottles are not allowed, and breakage is non-refundable.
