Thank you for shopping with Cork & Flame Candles. We’re committed to getting your gear to you quickly, safely, and affordably. Below is everything you need to know about our U.S. shipping process.
Order Processing Time
Custom candle orders are made to order within 5–7 business days after your order is placed. Once your custom candle has been completed and processed, shipping typically takes an additional 3–7 business days.
All non-custom products are processed within 2–3 business days after your order is placed. Once processed, shipping typically takes an additional 3–7 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.
Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive a tracking number via email when your order ships. You can also track your order by logging into your account.
Shipping Limitations
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.
Signature may be required on some high-value orders.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 3 days of the delivery date. We’ll work with the carrier to make it right.
