Refund policy
Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.
This includes:
- custom bottle candles
- personalized orders
- products made from customer-supplied bottles
Because each item is made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, bottle breakage during production, or issues related to customer-supplied materials.
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can review the issue.
