Please read this before sending in your bottle.

Each custom candle is created from a customer-supplied wine bottle and handcrafted with care. Since no two bottles are exactly the same, some bottles may be more fragile or unsuitable for the cutting process. Because of this, breakage can occur during cutting, production, or shipping.

Please note that square bottles are not allowed. If you are unsure whether your bottle is eligible, please contact us before shipping it to us.

By placing an order and sending in your bottle, you acknowledge and accept all risk associated with the custom process. In the event that your bottle breaks at any stage, the order will be non-refundable.
